Travel arrangements can be coordinated either by
Clay Egan Racing or your meeting planners.

Round trip first class airfare and ground
transportation to and from the event are required.
Clay can either take a taxi, rent a vehicle, or your
hosts can meet him at the airport.

Clay does not need any special accommodations
due to his disability. However, an accessible hotel
room is preferred if an overnight stay is required.
